I have a strong background in technical support, but in many of my projects, I've stepped in to handle UI localization and design assets. I really enjoy being the link between the technical health of a product and how it's actually presented to the Japanese market. Whether I'm troubleshooting bugs for users or working with a UI Director on localized mockups, my goal is always the same: making sure the transition from global product to local experience is seamless.
I've spent working directly alongside directors and designers, assisting them by taking their initial concepts and turning them into localized UI components, marketing catalogs, and web-ready assets. Having that technical perspective allows me to catch details that designers might miss, while my design work ensures that the technical solutions actually look and feel right for the end user.
